Level 1 of the SEAS method involves special tests to evaluate balance, mobility, strength and elasticity of the patient. The exercise program for the patient is designed based on the special evaluation tests. The self-correction way is personalized and it is decided by the trainer – physiotherapist, depending on the type and particularity of the condition.
At Level 1 special emphasis is placed on teaching the proper patient self-correction. Thus, Level 1 of the SEAS method mainly includes exercises that are performed in a sitting position.
The aim of the exercises is to add a difficulty to stabilizing the correction by the patient, thus achieving gradual learning to maintain the correct posture.
